HELPING FOR NEEDY
ANANTAPURAM CITY MAYOR SWAROOPA MADAMANCHI TAKES INITIATIVE AT CITY TO HELP THE NEEDY IN VIZAG

CC CAMERAS TO STREAMLINE TRAFFIC
At least 50 sensitive and busy locations of Anantapur city would soon
be under the survellience of CC cameras after the SP S.V.Rajasekhar
Babu initiated steps over security measures . In addition to fixing CC
cameras , the SP had succeeded to streamline traffic in busy and
congested roads of Anantapur by deputing additional forces along with
identifying new points . Though Anantapur is mainly covered by two
main roads Clock tower - Raju road – Sreekantam circle, the roads were
congested with jamming of vehicles . Situation appeared worst at
sapthagiri circle and sreekantam circle and suryanagar road in
addition to zigzag manner of traffic .

OUR ISCKON
The
beautiful ISKCON Temple is located at Somuladoddi , just 6 km from city towards kurnool .
The vibrant pink-coloured
temple is amazing. It is constructed in the shape of a chariot and was
inaugurated in 2008 by the then governor of Andhra Pradesh, Shri N.D. Tiwari.
This spiritual centre is the second biggest ISKCON Temple after the one in
Bengaluru, in Karnataka.
The well-landscaped gardens and the serene ambience
are a major attraction for the devotees.
The interiors of the temple are
adorned by eye-catching painting of Lord Krishna, with the Sri Sri Radha
Parthasarthi being the main deity of the temple.
THIS TEMPLE ORGANISERS ARE DOING MANY CHARITABLE PROGRAMMES LIKE COW
PROTECTION , CHILDRENS PARK , MID DAY MEAL TO GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS IN ANANTAPURAM
